Smasho (the "App") is operated by Wingsquare Solutions LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Smasho lets you create and join badminton groups, log singles and doubles matches, and view leaderboards and statistics generated from the matches your group records. The App relies on data entered by you and other group members, and does not independently verify match results.
You sign in to Smasho using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be old enough to use this App under the laws of your country to create an account.
You agree not to:
Group names, profile names, and match data you submit remain yours, but by submitting them you grant other members of your group permission to view that data as part of normal use of the App.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for instructions on how to request deletion.
Smasho is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that statistics and rankings will always be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wingsquare Solutions LLP and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms & Conditions. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
