Wingsquare Solutions LLP ("we", "us", "our") operates the Smasho mobile application (the "App"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

By using Smasho, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Email address — provided by Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, used to authenticate you and maintain your account. We do not store passwords.
• Name — provided by Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, used to identify you to other members of your badminton groups.

Information generated through use of the App

• Group and match data — the groups you create or join, group codes, and the matches you log (teams, scores, dates). This is visible to other members of the same group.
• Push notification token — a device-specific identifier used to deliver notifications (e.g. join request alerts), generated by Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging service.

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, photos, or browsing history from your device.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your account
• Operate core features (groups, matches, leaderboards, notifications)
• Notify you of relevant activity (e.g. a join request, approval/decline)
• Maintain and improve the App

Data Retention

We retain your account, group, and match data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile and associated data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. You can also leave any group at any time from within the App, and request full account deletion.

Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Smasho account and all associated data, email us at info@wingsquare.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the name on your profile so we can locate your account.

We will delete your profile, group memberships, match history, and push notification tokens within 30 days of a verified request. Some information may be retained longer where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children's Privacy

Smasho is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
